The Role
Dutch Foundations is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead contractual and commercial governance for foundation engineering projects.
The role links legal, commercial, procurement, and project delivery teams from tender through project close-out.
The position is based on-site in Abu Dhabi and involves large, multi-stakeholder construction projects.

Dutch Foundations is a full-service ground engineering company established in 1989 in Abu Dhabi.
The company delivers foundation and ground engineering projects across the GCC and reports more than 4,000 completed projects.
What You Will Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Manage variations and claims from identification through resolution.
- Partner with project management, commercial, and procurement teams to control contractual and commercial risk.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract documentation and records.
- Support risk management and dispute resolution processes, escalating issues as needed.
