About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
- Perform advanced additive selection for fluid design and recommend solutions
- Perform procedural and process improvement plans within laboratory and fluid testing domains
- Ensure laboratory equipment is clean, in working condition, and waste is disposed
- Monitor operation, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Prepare technical presentations for internal and external customers
- Perform regular audits to ensure laboratory operates according to standards
- Assist Design/Technical Engineer and Product Champions with technical support
- Perform Risk Analysis before each task/job
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling analytical equipment
- Ability to perform advanced additive selection for fluid design
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment operation, maintenance, and calibration
- Ability to perform risk analysis and ensure safety

Role Overview
- The Laboratory Engineer is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and manages risk during service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

- Ensure laboratory equipment is in clean, working condition and waste is disposed.
