- Assemble, manufacture, test or tear down and rebuild artificial lift products according to specifications
- Identify, report and problem solve issues arising with design or components
- Participate in continuous improvement culture by raising, actioning, and closing out CI’s or MOC’s
- Contribute to implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques
- Contribute to quality control, manuals, procedures, work instructions, risk assessments
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures

- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related field
- Ability to follow specifications and procedures
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Essential Functions
- Assemble, manufacture, test or tear down and rebuild artificial lift products according to specifications.
- Identify, report and problem solve issues arising with the design, or components by following correct internal processes.
- Actively participate and oversee the company’s continuous improvement culture by raising, actioning, and closing out CI’s or MOC’s.
- Taking corrective actions as required to enhance productivity / efficiency or to minimise adverse impacts.
- Contribute towards the implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques to improve efficiencies and eliminate waste.
- Contributing towards quality control or manuals, procedures/work instructions, risk assessments or other documentation as required.
- Establish and maintain high staff morale, model sound leadership and teamwork.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture by identifying and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
