Role overview
Alstom is seeking a Guideway and 3rd Rail Team Leader for its operations and maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role supports guideway and conductor rail maintenance to maintain asset lifecycle performance, infrastructure condition, and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Implement worksite safety, PTW, electrical isolation, and LOTO controls.
- Monitor work execution and technical performance against contractual, quality, and safety standards.
- Track maintenance KPIs through dashboards, performance reviews, and analytical reporting.
- Provide onsite support for critical track-related issues and restore system availability.
- Analyze operational risks, asset health, and degradation trends to optimize maintenance.
- Develop team competency plans and support technical training and knowledge refresh initiatives.
- Conduct performance checks for calibration and critical equipment health.

Requirements
- Experience leading guideway and conductor rail maintenance activities.
- Ability to coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of worksite safety, permit-to-work, electrical isolation, and Lockout/Tagout controls.
- Ability to monitor maintenance KPIs, technical performance, asset health, and operational risks.
- Ability to support competency development and technical training for maintenance teams.
