Role Overview
Provide enterprise application performance monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and optimization as an L2 Dynatrace specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor application availability and response times.
- Monitor servers, hosts, processes, and infrastructure components.
- Configure and tune Dynatrace alerts.
- Investigate application and service performance problems.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and anomalies.
- Perform root-cause analysis using dashboards, traces, logs, and dependency mapping.
- Maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.
- Verify OneAgent deployment and data-collection coverage.
- Support observability optimization and platform improvements.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace.
- Dynatrace Associate certification or higher is preferred, or equivalent demonstrable observability expertise is accepted.
- Strong knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring and observability.
- Strong knowledge of distributed tracing and performance engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Dynatrace OneAgent.
- Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
