Role Summary

  • The Enterprise Service Support Engineer (L2/L3) is responsible for maintaining, supporting and optimizing all enterprise services platforms. The role focuses on day to day operations, resolving complex incidents, performing advanced troubleshooting and monitoring & maintaining all enterprise service

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day operations for network and security related tasks.
  • Resolve complex and critical network incidents and escalations.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting across the different components of all enterprise services platforms and services including on premises and cloud based solutions.
  • Perform proactive monitoring, system health checks and performance optimization.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, diagrams, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business requirements.

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Identity, infrastructure services, and virtual app and desktops delivery concepts.
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft on premises and cloud based technologies including Active Directory, File Servers, Certificate Authority and PKI models, Windows Servers (2019 and above) and Windows 11 Endpoint OS.
  • Microsoft Exchange On premises solution and Microsoft 365 Cloud Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Azure Information Protection, and Copilot)
  • Hands on experience and knowledge of complementary solutions such as Anti Virus, Citrix (XenApp and VDI), virtualization and networking concepts.
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Scripting and Automation capabilities

Experience & Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise Microsoft based support or operations.
  • Proven experience supporting complex infrastructure and security environments.
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 & Productivity or MCSA/MCSE, Citrix Certified Professional or Citrix Certified Expert equivalent preferred.
