About the Opportunity
Ericsson is seeking an L2 CIAM Specialist for its Enterprise Applications team.
The role supports and manages critical enterprise systems in a 24/7 production environment.
The work focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, deploying solutions, and maintaining availability, performance, and SLA compliance.
What You Will Do
- Provide L2 support for CIAM and related enterprise systems.
- Monitor production systems and maintain performance and stability.
- Resolve issues from L1 and monitoring teams and coordinate restoration with L3 and vendors.
- Resolve trouble tickets and customer issues.
- Coordinate with IT and network teams on operational and functional issues.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from internal teams.
- Analyze logs, resolve issues, escalate risks, and suggest alternatives.
- Deploy production change requests and maintain system performance.
- Follow ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ensure application and trouble-ticket SLA compliance.
- Coordinate solution improvements with design, L3, and vendor teams.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Requirements
- BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Five to fifteen years of experience.
- Hands-on ForgeRock CIAM configuration and operations experience.
- Hands-on experience managing application stacks on Red Hat OpenShift.
- Log analysis using Splunk or ELK.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge, including PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Oracle WebLogic Server administration and Oracle WebCenter Sites proficiency.
- Experience with SSO, LDAP, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, IIS, MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Shell and Python scripting.
- Strong learning and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basic telecom domain and integrated application knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services is desirable.
- Knowledge of web application deployment and maintenance using standard design patterns is desirable.
- AppDynamics or similar monitoring tool experience is desirable.
- Strong Linux command-line knowledge is desirable.
- Web application development and support experience is desirable.
- Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana is desirable.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git is desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure in production environments is desirable.
