Network Operations
- Provide Level-2 support and resolve escalated incidents within SLA and OLA timelines.
- Troubleshoot network, compute, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Operate LAN, WAN, Internet, MPLS, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless infrastructure, and InfiniBand switches.
