Role Overview
The organization supports customer onboarding, premium retail experiences, and order fulfillment.
The role combines KYC verification, client-facing service, boutique assistance, and dispatch coordination.
The position is part-time and fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer information and required documents for KYC verification.
- Check records for completeness, consistency, and discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential verification records.
- Welcome and assist customers and provide product, appointment, or boutique support.
- Coordinate dispatch requests, order details, delivery information, and supporting documents.
- Track dispatch status and communicate updates to internal teams.
- Maintain organized records and collaborate with compliance, sales, operations, and customer-service teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, administration, finance, retail, or a related field is preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant experience in KYC, customer service, retail, administration, logistics, or operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of document verification, customer information handling, administrative procedures, compliance, confidentiality, and data handling is required.
