KSA National - Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide agile oversight for multiple projects and define objectives, scope, estimates, timelines, and level of effort.
• Develop project strategies, plans, methods, and tools; monitor progress and budgets against plan.
• Keep projects on track and on budget while resolving client issues and managing scope changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
• Ensure quality through planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control techniques.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to maximize results and minimize consequences.
• Work with end users and stakeholders to prioritize business goals, develop requirements, and refine technical designs.
• Provide solutions, leadership, and motivation to project team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing digital project management experience, preferably using agile methodologies.
• Minimum 2 years of agency or consultancy experience; 5 or more years is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years managing large-scale website projects spanning discovery, strategy, design, development, QA, deployment, and maintenance.
• Prior exposure to digital marketing solutions such as Sitecore and Salesforce.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
• Ability to earn Scrum certification within 90 days.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, leadership, initiative, and follow-through skills.
