Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, estimates, timelines, and level of effort.
• Develop project strategies, plans, methods, and tools.
• Keep projects on track and on budget while resolving client issues.
• Monitor progress and budget against plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
• Manage scope and respond to changes from original specifications.
• Ensure quality through planning, execution, QA, and quality control.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks.
• Gather and prioritize business goals and information needs with end users and stakeholders.
• Develop system requirements and design specifications.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members.

Candidate Profile

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage time effectively while delivering high-quality client work.
• Self-motivated leader with initiative, follow-through, and a habit of mentoring others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of client-facing digital project management experience, preferably using agile methodologies.
• At least 2 years of agency or consultancy experience.
• At least 2 years managing large-scale website projects across discovery, strategy, UX, design, development, QA, deployment, and maintenance.
• Prior exposure to digital marketing solutions such as Sitecore and Salesforce.
• Jira and Confluence experience is preferred.
• Ability to earn Scrum certification within 90 days.
