Duration: [6 months]
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and updating order status using pre-prepared, non-sensitive reports.
- Support the team in preparing daily and weekly operational summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer care) for status follow-ups.
- Help maintain organized documentation and filing of operational records.
- Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Customer Care team
Qualifications & Skills
- Business fluency in English and Arabic
- Highly organized
- Experience with and proficiency using SAP and the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Minimum education level: University (Bachelor’s Degree)
- A completed a degree in English, Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and leading skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to handle tasks with confidentiality and professionalism
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
