Role Overview
Korean-speaking individual contributor based in the Dubai office, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
The role connects customers, factories, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders across customer service and supply chain operations.
The position is intended for professionals with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Customer Service and Order Management
- Manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle and process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with manufacturing sites, logistics partners, and customers to execute deliveries smoothly.
- Monitor order status, communicate updates, and resolve issues before they affect customers.
- Build customer relationships and handle inquiries professionally and responsively.
Logistics and Supply Chain
- Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery activities with factories and logistics providers.
- Track delivery performance to support on-time fulfillment.
- Support import/export documentation and shipping processes.
- Identify process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities with supply chain stakeholders.
