Role overview
The Assistant Sales Manager will drive project sales across Gujarat by identifying and developing opportunities early in the construction lifecycle.
The role focuses on influencing specifications, engaging project stakeholders, and maximizing conversion opportunities for Promat solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify construction and industrial projects from concept through tender stages across Gujarat.
- Focus on data centres, healthcare, manufacturing, commercial projects, and other priority sectors.
- Develop Passive Fire Protection opportunities covering structural steel fire protection, firestopping, compartmentation, HVAC, doors, and OEMs.
- Achieve territory sales and business development targets.
- Conduct frequent field visits and meet customers, architects, contractors, consultants, and applicators.
- Prepare technical presentations, demonstrations, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Track projects through design, tendering, execution, and order closure.
