- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and equipment, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene standards to prevent contamination.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring proper washing, sanitizing, and storage of all dishware, glassware, and utensils, to guarantee food safety and presentation.
- Efficiently manage the organization of the dishwashing station, including the proper handling and disposal of waste to maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
- Assist with the receiving, storage, and organization of food and supply deliveries, following established procedures to minimize waste and maintain inventory control.
