Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction, from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
- Review and approve design plans, specifications, and shop drawings, ensuring adherence to design intent, building codes, and industry standards.
