Responsibilities
- Ensure kitchen and surrounding areas are clean and organized
- Operate pot washing machinery and maintain hygienic working environment
- Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
- Dispose of waste according to outlet and local legislation
- Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Steward
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures
- Ability to operate dishwashing machinery

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the kitchen and surrounding areas are clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
- Operate pot washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment to company standards.
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
- Dispose of waste as per the Outlet and local legislation standards and adhere to recycling guidelines.
- Ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
- Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers.
- Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures.
- Cleans & maintains floors & walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures.
- Cleans and sanitizes dishes and related service ware following established procedures.
- Cleans large equipment as assigned, following established procedures.
- Consistently adheres Control of Substances Hazardous to Health and Data Sheet information related to the proper & safe use of chemicals in the workplace.
- Knowledge and proficiency to operate dish washers, ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.

- Kitchen Steward: 2 years (Required)
Pay
- AED 2,800 per hour
