About the Role
THERME GROUP seeks a Chef de Partie on a contract basis to maintain high food quality, organize the outlet, and ensure sanitation standards. The role requires 4 years of CDP experience and knowledge of HACCP.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of food quality as per culinary standards, following Menus, Recipe formats and directions as outlined by Head Chef or designate
- Ensure an organized Outlet; adhere to ordering procedures, store room policies and cleaning cycles
- Attain and maintain the sanitation policies (HACCP) as required by the local governing body and as instructed by management
- Continuously strive for product enhancement and quality improvement
- Insist that all Menus are known intimately and adhere to Recipes thoroughly and accurately
- Keep abreast of updated and international culinary trends
- Manage briefings to identified standards
- Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by superiors to meet the standard and quality set by the Outlet
- Able to estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met
- Follow good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature
- Operate and maintain all department equipment and report malfunctioning
- Guide and train subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment

- CDP: 4 years (Required)
- Knowledge of HACCP sanitation policies
- Ability to estimate daily production needs and check quality of raw and cooked food products
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
- Good preservation standards for proper handling of all food products at the right temperature

Salary
- Pay: AED 5,000.00 per month
