Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, floors, storage areas, and dishwashing sections
- Ensure proper waste disposal and garbage handling
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support duties
- Maintain hygiene standards as per company and food safety regulations
- Ensure cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely
- Organize kitchen supplies and storage areas
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours
- Follow safety procedures and company SOPs
