Responsibilities
- Oversee production of Dry Type / Cast Resin Transformers
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance departments
- Supervise production teams and achieve production targets
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Transformer Manufacturing Plant
- Hands on experience in Dry Type / Cast Resin Transformer production
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
- Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, quality control, and productivity enhancement
- Ability to coordinate with Design, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance departments
- Experience in supervising production teams and achieving production targets
- Knowledge of ISO, IMS, and OH&S Management Systems is an added advantage
- Good communication and computer skills
