Overview
- InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay seeks a dedicated Kitchen Steward to maintain exceptional cleanliness and operational support within culinary operations.
Your Day to Day
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, workstations, and stewarding areas
- Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and available for operational use
- Remove and dispose of waste according to hotel procedures
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Support restaurant, banquet, and in room dining operations as required
What We Need From You
- High School Certificate or equivalent preferred
- Previous stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred
