- Assist in logistics and other ad hoc tasks

About Us
- We are a passionate start up — a kombucha bar and brewery located in ICAD, Abu Dhabi, with our flagship bar at the newly redeveloped Mina Zayed Souq.

- We’re looking for a Brewery Assistant / Steward with basic to intermediate kitchen or beverage production experience.

What You’ll Do
- Preparing and brewing tea bases
- Transferring, cooling, fermenting, and flavoring batches
- Bottling, carbonating, and kegging kombucha
- Cleaning and sanitizing all brewing and storage equipment
- Maintaining tidy, organized, and hygienic work areas at all times
- Maintaining documentation
- Assisting in logistics and other ad hoc tasks
Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
