Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for efficiency, covering B2B and B2C orders
- Drive and complete deliveries as needed, ensuring timely and accurate drop offs
- Coordinate with production to ensure the correct stock is packed and ready
- Track, confirm, and communicate delivery schedules with clients
- Monitor ETAs, adjust routes on the go, and troubleshoot delivery issues
- Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution first approach
- Maintain delivery records, fuel logs, and track KPIs
- Oversee vehicle upkeep: schedule servicing, monitor fuel usage, and ensure cleanliness
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet coordination
- Valid UAE driving license (manual) — confident driving a delivery van
- Strong communicator in English; Arabic is a plus
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai roads is a strong advantage
- Familiar with Google Maps, routing tools, and basic Excel/Sheets
- Detail oriented, reliable, and able to think quickly under pressure

Overview
- YALA Kombucha is growing fast — and so are our delivery routes! We’re looking for a hands on, detail driven Delivery Operator who can both arrange and make deliveries across UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & optimize daily delivery routes for efficiency, covering B2B and B2C orders.
- Drive and complete deliveries as needed, ensuring timely and accurate drop offs.
- Coordinate with production to ensure the correct stock is packed and ready.
- Track, confirm, and communicate delivery schedules with clients.
