Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef - American Diner (fixed-term)

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Huck's American Bar and Grill team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team

Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7:00am and 11:30pm

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over a 4 ‑ week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
