Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome children and their families to the Kids Club, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Develop and implement diverse, age appropriate recreational and educational activities to engage children
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children while they participate in activities and play
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's activities, behavior, and wellbeing
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the Kids Club area and equipment
- Support and participate in special events and celebrations organized by the hotel
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare, kids club supervision, or a related role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage both children and their parents effectively
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and leading engaging children's activities
- Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children of various ages
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Must be currently in UAE
- Relevant certifications such as Childcare, Early Childhood Education, First Aid, or CPR are preferred
