The Kids Club Attendant works in the Kids Club Department at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai.
The role supervises and engages young guests in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.
The position delivers age-appropriate activities aligned with Mandarin Oriental service standards and reports to the Kids Club Supervisor.
Key Duties
- Support daily Kids Club operations and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Design and implement creative, culturally relevant, and safe activity programs.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, particularly Kids Club activities.
- Enforce health and safety standards for children.
- Adjust activity programs based on participation and guest feedback.
- Collaborate with Spa, Concierge, and other departments to promote offerings.
- Maintain equipment and collect fees accurately.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience working with children in a hotel.
- Intermediate-level English speaking and writing skills.
