Responsibilities
- Achieving Sales target Volume/Value by category
- Managing current customers and opening new key account customers in Riyadh & Dammam
- Fully responsible & accountable for Riyadh & Dammam region's operations
- Accountable for an End to End operational excellence process from product availability until customer delivery in the region
- Manage and lead the regional team build up & expansion plan
- Manage customer business performance and jointly develop action plans with Key Account customers to accelerate growth & continuously improve our SLA
- Define with Head of Sales strategic direction for New Regional Key Account customers
- Achieve the set coverage, core distribution and contracting of the targeted Key accounts in Office Supplies B2B channel
- Develop and keep up to date Customer Profiles/Fact Books & SLA's
- Gather & report customer trends, needs and competitor's activity
- Effectively develop and manage long term customer relationships
- Create monthly performance reviews and weekly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Solid Experience in the industry of Office Supplies service/ B2B/ Stationery is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Key accounts management / Sales Management role
- English & Computer Skills
- Resident in Riyadh Region

Job Summary
- Key Accounts Supervisor is responsible to lead and drive our sales strategy and team based in Riyadh.
- In this Sales leadership role, you will be responsible for achieving the sales and contracting targets for new & current customers and ensure full achievement of core distribution of products by category and build long term successful business relationships with customers to become the preferred sup
