About the Role
We Supply is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead sales strategy and drive growth in Riyadh and Dammam. The role involves managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and overseeing regional operations.

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets (volume/value) by category
- Manage current customers and open new key account customers in Riyadh & Dammam
- Fully responsible for Riyadh & Dammam region's operations
- Manage end to end operational excellence from product availability to customer delivery
- Manage and lead regional team build up and expansion
- Manage customer business performance and develop action plans with key accounts
- Define strategic direction for new regional key account customers with Head of Sales
- Achieve coverage, core distribution, and contracting targets in Office Supplies B2B channel
- Develop and maintain customer profiles/fact books and SLAs
- Gather and report customer trends, needs, and competitor activity
- Create monthly performance reviews and weekly reports
- Ensure commercial, legal, and compliance in all transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in key accounts management or sales management
- Solid experience in Office Supplies service/B2B/Stationery preferred
- English and computer skills
- Resident in Riyadh Region

Job Summary
- Key Accounts Manager responsible to lead and drive sales strategy and team based in Riyadh. Achieve sales and contracting targets for new & current customers and ensure full achievement of core distribution of products by category and build long term successful business relationships with customers
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieving Sales target Volume/Value by category
- Managing current customers and opening new key account customers in Riyadh & Dammam
- Fully responsible & accountable for Riyadh & Dammam region’s operations
- Accountable for an End to End operational excellence process from product availability until customer delivery in the region
- Manage and lead the regional team build up & expansion plan
- Manage customer business performance and jointly develop action plans with Key Account customers to accelerate growth & continuously improve our SLA
- Define with Head of Sales strategic direction for New Regional Key Account customers.
- Achieve the set coverage, core distribution and contracting of the targeted Key accounts in Office Supplies B2B channel
- Develop and keep up to date Customer Profiles/Fact Books & SLA’s
- Gather & report customer trends, needs and competitor’s activity
- Effectively develop and manage long term customer relationships
- Create monthly performance reviews and weekly reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solid Experience in the industry of Office Supplies service/ B2B/ Stationery is preferred
- 5 + years of experience in Key accounts management / Sales Management role
- English & Computer Skills
- Resident in Riyadh Region
