The company is seeking a commercially driven Marketing and Account Manager to lead business development and market expansion across the GCC.
The role focuses on new opportunities, strategic client relationships, marine projects, vessel chartering opportunities, and long-term commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the GCC.
- Develop relationships with oil and gas companies, EPC contractors, and marine stakeholders.
- Identify vessel chartering and offshore project opportunities.
- Lead client registration, prequalification, tendering, and proposal activities.
- Manage commercial negotiations and support contract development.
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activity.
- Maintain a commercial pipeline and achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at relevant industry and client meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in GCC marine, offshore, or oil and gas business development, marketing, or account management.
- Strong UAE and GCC market knowledge with an established industry network.
- Existing relationships with major oil and gas companies, EPC contractors, and marine stakeholders are highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of vessel operations, offshore support, chartering, and marine logistics.
- Proven track record in securing contracts and developing new business.
- Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- UAE experience is strongly preferred.
