About the Role
Zennio is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive specification and approval of home automation products with real estate developers, government entities, hotel operators, and consultants in Riyadh.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with real estate developers, government entities, hotel operators, and MEP consultants to generate leads and build pipeline.
- Manage existing key accounts and support them with all their needs.
- Regularly report and review with Regional Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Regional Key Account Manager to align on strategies.
Requirements
- A university degree with at least 2 years of professional experience in a customer facing or technical sales role.
- Prior exposure to the building material sector is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record handling key accounts and working with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Self starter who takes initiative and works independently.
- Comfortable managing workflow and reporting through CRM systems.
- A high level of Spanish is a plus.

Role Overview
- Reporting to Regional Key Account Manager ME, your goal is to get Zennio specified and approved as vendor for Home Automation, GEMS and LCS.
- Stakeholders include Real Estate Developers, Government/Semi Government Entities, Local Hotel Operators and MEP Consultants & ID.
You will be responsible for:
- Build a strong relationship with all stakeholders to generate leads and build pipeline.
- Manage existing key accounts and support them with all their needs.
- Regular report & review with Regional Sales Director, Sales Manager and Regional Key Account Manager.
Prerequisites
- Educational Background: A university degree with at least 2 years of professional experience in a customer facing or technical sales role.
- Industry Experience: Prior exposure to the building material sector is a strong advantage.
- Proven Track Record: Handled key accounts, worked with senior stakeholders, delivered measurable results.
- Excellent Communicator: Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Autonomy and Drive: Self starter who takes initiative and works independently.
- CRM Fluency: Comfortable managing workflow and reporting through CRM systems.
- A high level of Spanish is a plus.
