About the Role

- Establish a strong pipeline of projects for the current year and upcoming years
- Collaborate with team members regarding stakeholders involved
- Develop the commercial strategy in your zone in collaboration with the Sales Director
- Set sales targets (budget, forecasts) and monitor their achievement
- Develop and support clients
- Participate in commercial negotiations
- Manage commercial budgets
- Participate in the company's commercial policy
- Contribute to competitive and technological monitoring in the sector
- Attend local and national fairs
- Report all actions using a CRM management tool
Requirements
- Minimum university degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in industrial, HVAC, or electrical engineering
- KNX or Tutor certification
- High level of English
- High level of Spanish is a plus

You will be responsible for:

Prerequisites:
- With a minimum university degree, you have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the industrial sector, HVAC, and/or electrical engineering.
- You demonstrate significant autonomy, have team management and negotiation skills, and possess a KNX or Tutor certification, ideally with at least one experience as a Trainer.
- A high level of English is essential for this position.
- A high level of Spanish is a plus.
