Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of Dubai market experience
- Must be based in Dubai
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
- Proficiency in English mandatory; Arabic highly preferred
- Experience in specialty care, dermatology, biologics, or immunology is a strong advantage

- As Key Account Manager – Dermatology within our Specialty Care team, you'll drive strategic account growth across the Dubai territory, building meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutional decision makers to bring innovative treatments to patients who need them most.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory specific account plans for the Dubai market, aligned with national commercial strategy and focused on the dermatology portfolio.
- Build and maintain trust based relationships with key specialists, dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and hospital decision makers across Dubai.
- Drive product adoption through scientific and value based engagement, translating clinical data into compelling commercial propositions.
- Identify, engage, and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the Dubai dermatology and specialty care ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned and impactful account strategies.
- Monitor account performance, sales KPIs, and market trends — reporting actionable insights to management and adapting plans accordingly.
- Gather and report competitive intelligence on key players in the Dubai market to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards at all times.
About you
- Proven experience managing accounts and healthcare professional relationships specifically within Dubai — a minimum of 1 year of Dubai market experience is required.
- Minimum 3 years of total pharmaceutical sales or account management experience; experience in specialty care, dermatology, biologics, or immunology is a strong advantage.
- Must be based in Dubai — this is a field based, remote role covering the Abu Dhabi scope.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai healthcare landscape, including both public and private healthcare facilities and key institutional accounts.
- Experience with biologic therapies or specialty pharmaceutical products is highly preferred; dermatology background is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self motivated, results driven, and able to work independently in a field based environment with strong cross functional collaboration skills.
