Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory specific account plans for the Dubai market
- Build and maintain trust based relationships with key specialists and healthcare professionals
- Drive product adoption through scientific and value based engagement
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the Dubai dermatology ecosystem
- Collaborate cross functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing teams
- Monitor account performance, sales KPIs, and market trends
- Gather and report competitive intelligence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai market experience
- Minimum 3 years of total pharmaceutical sales or account management experience
- Must be based in Dubai
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

About You
- Proven experience managing accounts in Dubai – minimum 1 year required.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or account management experience.
- Must be based in Dubai.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field.
- Proficiency in English mandatory; Arabic highly preferred.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
