Responsibilities
- Develop and execute aggressive account strategies to capture market share in the GCC
- Serve as primary point of contact for key retail and brand stakeholders
- Lead regional pricing strategies, project estimations, and contract negotiations
- Partner with R&D, design, and mold manufacturing backend in China
- Maintain deep intelligence on Middle Eastern market shifts and sustainability trends
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of progressive commercial sales or account management experience in B2B cosmetics, beauty, or primary packaging industry
- Active network of procurement directors, packaging developers, and marketing decision makers within GCC/Middle East beauty ecosystem
- Solid understanding of primary packaging components (glass molding, compatibility testing, anodized aluminum, pump/sprayer mechanics)
- Entrepreneurial hunter mindset, resilient, culturally adaptive
- Complete fluency in English; Arabic or French language skills highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree required; Packaging Engineering, International Business, or related fields preferred

Role Summary
- As Key Account Manager (Middle East), you will be the commercial spearhead and strategic face of Jarsking in the GCC region.
- Fully responsible for driving revenue growth, hunting high value RFQs, and unlocking the Middle Eastern fragrance and beauty market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Disruption & Growth: Develop and execute aggressive account strategies to capture market share in the GCC.
- Relationship Architecture: Serve as primary, high touch point of contact for key retail and brand stakeholders.
- Commercial & Margin Mastery: Lead regional pricing strategies, project estimations, and contract negotiations.
- Cross Functional Bridge: Partner seamlessly with R&D, design, and mold manufacturing backend in China.
- Trend & Compliance Intelligence: Maintain deep intelligence on Middle Eastern market shifts and sustainability demands.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of progressive commercial sales or account management experience inside B2B cosmetics, beauty, or primary packaging industry.
- Active, well established network of procurement directors, packaging developers, and marketing decision makers within GCC/Middle East beauty ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of primary packaging components (glass molding, compatibility testing, anodized aluminum, pump/sprayer mechanics).
- Entrepreneurial hunter mindset; resilient, culturally adaptive, comfortable working independently in a remote global matrix structure.
- Complete fluency in English; Arabic or French language skills highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree required; Packaging Engineering, International Business, or related fields preferred.
