About the Role
Jarsking Packaging is hiring a Key Account Manager for the Middle East & Africa region, based in Dubai. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key accounts in the luxury fragrance and beauty packaging industry, and acting as a bridge between local brand requirements and engineering teams in Asia.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute aggressive account strategies to capture market share in the GCC, targeting regional prestige fragrance houses, luxury skincare brands, and prominent cosmetic players
- Serve as the primary, high touch point of contact for key retail and brand stakeholders
- Present Jarsking’s tailored packaging innovations, bespoke glass bottle designs, and advanced dispensing mechanisms with technical and commercial authority
- Lead regional pricing strategies, project estimations, and contract negotiations (MSAs)
- Own the local account P&L, ensuring strong gross to net margin protection and optimizing localized supply chain terms
- Partner seamlessly with R&D, design, and mold manufacturing backend in China
- Translate complex local brand briefs into flawless, on time custom tool execution and high quality sample deliveries
- Maintain deep intelligence on Middle Eastern market shifts, specifically sustainable materials demand
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of progressive commercial sales or account management experience inside the B2B cosmetics, beauty, or primary packaging industry
- Active, well established network of procurement directors, packaging developers, and marketing decision makers within the GCC/Middle East beauty ecosystem
- Solid understanding of primary packaging components (glass molding, compatibility testing, anodized aluminum, pump/sprayer mechanics)
- Sharp forecasting and margin calculation skills
- Entrepreneurial 'hunter' mindset, resilient, culturally adaptive, comfortable working independently in a remote/EoR global matrix structure
- Complete fluency in English is required
- Arabic or French language skills are a highly advantageous asset
- Bachelor’s degree required; Packaging Engineering, International Business, or related fields preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Market Disruption & Growth: Develop and execute aggressive account strategies to capture market share in the GCC.
- Relationship Architecture: Serve as the primary, high touch point of contact for key retail and brand stakeholders.
- Commercial & Margin Mastery: Lead regional pricing strategies, project estimations, and contract negotiations (MSAs). Own the local account P&L.
- Cross Functional Bridge: Partner seamlessly with our massive R&D, design, and mold manufacturing backend in China.
- Trend & Compliance Intelligence: Maintain deep intelligence on Middle Eastern market shifts, specifically sustainable materials demand.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8+ years of progressive commercial sales or account management experience inside the B2B cosmetics, beauty, or primary packaging industry.
- The Rolodex: An active, well established network of procurement directors, packaging developers, and marketing decision makers within the GCC/Middle East beauty ecosystem.
- Technical & Business Acumen: Solid understanding of primary packaging components combined with sharp forecasting and margin calculation skills.
- Soft Skills: An entrepreneurial 'hunter' mindset. Resilient, culturally adaptive, and entirely comfortable working independently in a remote/EoR global matrix structure.
- Languages: Complete fluency in English is required; Arabic or French language skills are a highly advantageous asset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Packaging Engineering, International Business, or related fields preferred.
