We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Key Account Manager
to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and identifying long-term business opportunities within the Trucks & Buses sector.
Sales Management
- Drive organic growth within existing customer accounts through proactive sales and service engagement.
- Establish annual sales targets and develop strategic action plans for assigned accounts.
- Prepare annual and monthly sales plans in coordination with management.
- Submit regular business performance reports and market updates.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored commercial solutions.
- Maintain detailed customer profiles and account strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication & Follow-Up
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other departments.
- Follow up on sales leads, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Address customer concerns proactively and ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
β Bachelorβs Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
β Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
, preferably in
Trucks / Commercial Vehicles / Heavy Automotive Sales
β Strong communication and negotiation skills
β Excellent customer relationship management abilities
β Commercial awareness and business acumen
β Strong reporting and analytical skills
