About the Role

- Engage with Key Accounts across Qatar in the construction and Oil & Gas Industry to drive DEWALT & STANLEY market share
- Focus on Key Projects with effective coverage of all segments, ensuring category wise penetration and close Rate Contracts with Service Plans
- Propose value added solutions via demonstrations for end user applications
- Prepare a go to strategy in Qatar for DEWALT & STANLEY to make the brands market leaders
- Engage SBD management for top to top meetings with high potential accounts
- Conduct product/safety training and jobsite events with end users
- Manage distribution: collaboration, training distributor sales force, inventory management, market coverage, drive focus categories, and biweekly reviews
- Engage with the trade market to ensure branding, promotions & maximize share of wallet
- Maximize coverage in trade, add more partners for better penetration & increase customer base
- Create strong brand differentiation by introducing new product introductions into the market
- Submit proposals to the distributor for stocking products based on opportunity pipeline
- Conduct market research on new products and communicate voice of customer back to marketing/product management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, sales, or marketing
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales distribution, channel execution, and administration
- Experience in planning sales promotions, activations, and merchandising
- Strong relationship building skills to interact with clients at various levels
- Commercial awareness to identify market opportunities
- Excellent customer focus and key account management skills
- Proficient in generating reports, analyzing marketing metrics, and using e commerce platforms

Position Overview
- The Key Account Manager will support and generate DEWALT & STANLEY sales from Channel Partners in the End User & Trade business in Qatar.
- The job role involves setting and meeting sales targets for a specific territory, managing commercial business objectives, developing communication strategies, managing operational requirements, presenting to key accounts, exploring new distribution channels, and implementing actions based on market
- He will be responsible for product demonstrations & promotions, brand management and consistently maintain merchandising standards; develop, manage, and implement sales projects that drive acquisition of customers, branding and POS communication across all channels.
You’ll get to:

- Submitting the proposals to the distributor for stocking the products based on the opportunity pipeline for the trade channel & End Users.
- Conduct market research on new products and communicate the ‘voice of the customer’ back to Marketing/ product management team.
What do we need?
- Experience in planning sales promotions, activations, and merchandising is essential.
- Strong relationship building skills to interact with clients at various levels and collaborate with dealers and customers.
- Commercial awareness to identify market opportunities and the ability to learn and research new strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
- Excellent customer focus and key account management skills.
- Working well in a team and engaging in cross functional support.
- Must demonstrate planning and implementation abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, sales, or marketing with at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales distribution, channel execution, and administration.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent skills for representing the organization at public events, media engagements, product launches, demonstrations, and trade shows.
- Planning & Organization: Strong abilities to manage multiple tasks and track customer and product information effectively.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying information to customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Teamwork: Essential for driving conversions and collaborating on events, blitzes, and training.
- Coordination Skills: Key to managing and motivating other functions (e.g., sales/supply chain) to meet targets and achieve outcomes.
