Role overview
The Key Account Manager is responsible for online sales, brand visibility, and customer experience across LUXASIA e-commerce channels.
The role covers direct-to-consumer websites, marketplaces, and key retail partner platforms for prestige beauty brands.
Workplace
- The role is based on-site in Mumbai, India.
Commercial management
- Own e-commerce sales performance and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and execute commercial plans across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels.
- Manage assortment, pricing, promotions, bundles, and launch calendars.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, average order value, and other performance metrics.
- Drive sell-out through campaign planning, trading actions, and demand generation.
Channel management
- Manage brand websites, marketplaces, and third-party e-retail platforms.
- Ensure listings, content, visuals, navigation, and merchandising are accurate and optimized.
- Partner with regional, local, and brand teams on online execution.
