Job Overview

Key Responsibilitiesclient Onboarding & Retention

• Lead the seamless onboarding process for new enterprise-level clients
• Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during the kickoff phase
• Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure account health and client satisfaction

Customer Relations & Escalation Management

• Serve as the primary and trusted point of contact for key stakeholders
• Resolve complex, high-priority client escalations professionally and efficiently
• Identify root causes of operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Account Growth & Profitability

• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
• Protect and improve account profitability through strategic pricing and cost management
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams

Personnel Hiring & Team Leadership

• Recruit, interview, and hire dedicated personnel to support client accounts
• Train, mentor, and manage team members to ensure excellent service delivery
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee career development

Qualifications

• **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, or Logistics/Express Courier Management
• **Leadership:** Proven track record of hiring, building, and managing high-performing teams
• **Financial Acumen:** Strong understanding of account P&L, margins, and revenue growth
• **Problem Solving:** Excellent negotiation skills with experience handling high-level client escalations
• **Communication:** Fluent in English with strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
