- Collaborate with department heads to evaluate finalists and make data driven hiring decisions
- Design, present, and negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages aligned with UAE labor laws
- Maintain a proactive talent pool for high turnover and critical logistics roles
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years in talent acquisition, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sector in Dubai
- Expert negotiation skills and energetic approach
- Deep knowledge of the UAE market and employment regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills

Job Purpose
- Time Express Logistics is a leading 3PL logistics company present across GCC with 900+ staff members.
- We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy in Dubai.
- You will drive the end to end hiring process, from sourcing top tier logistical talent to final salary negotiations.
- Your primary goal is to secure high performing professionals who will accelerate our regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Identify and attract top tier talent using specialized job boards, networking, and headhunting.
- Interviewing: Conduct rigorous behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate competency and cultural fit.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
