About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify, map, and engage key accounts and patient journeys across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, gastroenterologists, and hospital decision makers
- Develop and execute territory specific account plans aligned with national commercial strategy
- Collaborate cross functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor account performance, sales KPIs, and market trends
- Gather and report competitive intelligence
- Participate in symposiums, congresses, and scientific meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of total pharmaceutical sales or account management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Abu Dhabi market experience
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Medicine, or related field
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Gastroenterology experience is a plus
- Arabic is highly preferred

Main Responsibilities
- Identify, map, and engage key accounts and patient journeys across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, gastroenterologists, clinical pharmacists, tender panels, and hospital decision makers
- Develop and execute territory specific account plans for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
- Collaborate cross functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor and analyse account performance, sales KPIs, and market trends
- Gather and report competitive intelligence and market dynamics
- Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies and regulations
- Participate in symposiums, congresses, and scientific meetings
About You
- Proven experience managing accounts and healthcare professional relationships within Abu Dhabi – minimum 1 year required
- Minimum 3 years of total pharmaceutical sales or account management experience
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi
- Gastroenterology experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi healthcare landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Medicine, or related field
- Proficiency in English mandatory; Arabic highly preferred
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
