Role overview
Join a leading premium beverage distributor as Key Account Manager – Wine & On-Trade in Abu Dhabi.
Represent an international portfolio of wines and premium beverages across the hospitality market.
Grow distribution, secure listings and develop long-term customer partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow premium On-Trade accounts across Abu Dhabi.
- Build relationships with sommeliers, F&B leaders, beverage managers, buyers and hospitality operators.
- Drive distribution, listings, volume, revenue and market share.
- Negotiate trading terms, commercial agreements and promotional activity.
- Deliver tastings, customer presentations and product education.
- Analyze account performance, sales trends and distribution gaps.
- Work cross-functionally on activations and customer programmes.
Qualifications and experience
- At least three years of commercial sales experience within the On-Trade.
- Strong wine experience, ideally with a distributor, producer, importer or premium drinks business.
- WSET Level 2 or above is required; WSET Level 3 or above is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine styles, regions, producers and premium hospitality.
