Role overview
Join a leading alcoholic beverage distributor as Area Manager – Global Travel Retail in Dubai.
Develop Duty Free customers and grow an international portfolio of recognized brands across the channel.
Represent a brand, supplier or distributor in a commercially focused sell-in role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Duty Free buyers, purchasing teams and operators.
- Secure listings, distribution, commercial agreements and promotional activity.
- Drive sales growth, profitability and market share across assigned accounts.
- Maximize visibility, merchandising, shelf and floor space for priority brands.
- Develop customer plans and lead sell-in for new product launches.
- Monitor sales, pricing, promotions and competitor performance.
- Work with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
- Support brand partner visits, customer meetings and commercial presentations.
Qualifications and experience
- Three to five years of commercial sales or account management experience.
- Proven Global Travel Retail or Duty Free sales experience.
- Direct relationships with Duty Free buyers, purchasing teams or commercial decision-makers.
