About the Role
PepsiCo seeks a Key Account Executive for its KSA sales team in Jeddah. The role involves maximizing sales volume, achieving distribution targets, managing merchandisers, and maintaining high customer service.

Responsibilities
- Maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, and implement merchandising standards
- Collect accounts receivable and maintain high levels of customer service
- Complete daily debriefing with pre sellers/Merchandiser
- Work with Integrity & Respect and abide by all PepsiCo & SSFL Values
- Abide by Stales Policy and manage its budget (0.2% of Store Sales)
- Follow Stock & Order tool upon doing PO's and avoid overstocking/dumping
- Visit Stores as per agreed Journey plan to do PO's as per schedule
- Manage short dated stock based on monthly freshness report
- Do monthly reconciliation with Stores and collect all dues on time
- Build excellent relations with Section Managers & Stores Managers
- Achieve monthly stores Targets as per agreed weekly phasing
- Search for and create opportunities to develop Customer Business

Principal Accountabilities
- Work with Integrity & Respect and as per all PepsiCo & SSFL Values.
- Abide by all OT Procedures & Policies.
- Abide by Stales Policy and manage its budget 0.2% of his Stores Sales.
- Follow Stock & Order tool upon doing PO's and make sure no overstocking / dumping happens.
- Visit Stores as per agreed Journey plan to do PO's as per schedule.
- Manage short dated stock by taking necessary actions based on monthly freshness report.
- Do monthly reconciliation with the Stores & Collect all dues on time by following Collection Process.
- Build excellent relation with Section Managers & Stores Managers.
- Achieve monthly stores Targets as per agreed weekly phasing.
- Search for & create opportunities to develop Customer Business to higher level.
- Confirm Statement of Accounts with customers on quarterly basis.
- Report against any competitive activity / initiative / new products, etc.
