Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales, profitability, and market share within assigned HORECA key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across hotels, airlines, catering companies, and golf clubs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory/channel.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, business plans, and customer development activities to achieve growth targets.
- Manage key account performance through sales analysis, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and profitability reviews.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful execution of account strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE FMCG sales experience in a Key Account Executive role.
- Strong existing network and relationships with 4 & 5 star hotels and HORECA customers in Dubai.
- Proven experience in key account management, business development, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong understanding of sales reports, ROI analysis, P&L management, and commercial performance tracking.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong planning and time management skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License.

About the Role

- The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG sales experience in the UAE market, a proven track record in key account management, and an established network within the hospitality sector.

Salary
- AED 14,000+ Commission per month
