Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales, profitability, and market share within assigned HORECA key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across hotels, airlines, catering companies, and golf clubs
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory/channel
- Negotiate commercial agreements, business plans, and customer development activities to achieve growth targets
- Manage key account performance through sales analysis, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and profitability reviews
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful execution of account strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE FMCG sales experience in a Key Account Executive role
- Strong existing network and relationships with 4 & 5 star hotels and HORECA customers in Dubai
- Proven experience in key account management, business development, and commercial negotiations
- Strong understanding of sales reports, ROI analysis, P&L management, and commercial performance tracking
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong planning and time management skills
- Valid UAE Driving License

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Key Account Executive – HORECA to manage and grow strategic relationships with premium hospitality customers.
- Customers include 4 & 5 star hotels, airline companies, catering companies, and golf clubs.
- The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG sales experience in the UAE market and an established network within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities

Salary
- AED 14,000 + Commission per month.
