About the Role

- Collaborate with internal and external customers on product conformity monitoring
- Manage and coordinate sample requests
- Coordinate POS development
- Track and update supply chain information
- Support organization of professional events
- Apply for customer programming, pricing, and special events against firm deadlines
- Maintain internal tracking documents related to pricing, inventory, and in market activations
- Contribute to Call For Tender Process including new product registrations and listing applications
- Contribute to customer presentations and business reviews
- Maintain product data management, updating internal and external platforms
- Coordinate supplier visits, special events, and quarterly meetings
- Coordinate communication between brand team, pricing team, and key account team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Interest in sales and key account management
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to attend evening and weekend events
- Possession of a car and valid driver's license

Overview
- Under the supervision of the Key Account Director, the Key Account Coordinator ensures the smooth running of our business by developing various elements and procedures essential to the growth of the Dandurand Group portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Collaborative work with internal and external customers
- Product conformity monitoring (internal and external)
- Management & coordination of sample requests
- POS coordination and development
- Supply Chain updates and tracking
- Support the organization of professional events
- Apply for customer programming, pricing and special events working against firm deadlines

Education & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
