About the Role
Dandurand Group is looking for a strategic and analytical Brand Portfolio Manager to lead the commercial strategy for a portfolio of world-class wine and spirits brands. You will manage partner relationships, develop business plans, and drive product launches across Canada.

Responsibilities
- Lead partner relationships as the primary contact for a select portfolio of international partners
- Develop and execute commercial strategic plans using the 4Ps framework
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Finance and Demand Planning teams
- Analyze brand and market performance, monitor KPIs, sales trends and market data
- Drive product launches and innovation, develop go to market plans
- Own forecasting, collaborate with regional sales and demand planning teams
- Manage budget and ROI, optimize trade spend
- Orchestrate consumer and customer marketing, lead briefing process with Marketing and Sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 5+ years in Key Account, Portfolio, or Brand Management – ideally in CPG, Beverage Alcohol, or Premium Lifestyle Industries
- Ability to build value based relationships
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analytic tools such as Nielsen
- Commercial acumen and financial ability
- Passion for wine and spirits; industry certifications (e.g., WSET) are an asset
- Bilingual English/French (written and spoken)

The Opportunity
- We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and passionate Brand Portfolio Manager to lead the commercial strategy for a portfolio of world class wine and spirits brands.
- Based in Montreal or Mississauga with a National scope, you will act as the main liaison for international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Partner Relationships: Act as the primary contact for a select portfolio of international partners.
- Develop & Execute Commercial Strategic Plan: Build and ensure execution of annual business plans using the 4Ps framework.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Internal Sales, Trade Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Finance and Demand Planning teams.
- Analyze Brand & Market Performance: Monitor KPIs, sales trends and market data (e.g., Nielsen).
- Drive Product Launches & Innovation: Drive go to market planning for new product introductions.
- Own Forecasting: Collaborate with regional sales and demand planning teams to optimize forecasts.
- Manage Budget & ROI: Manage brand investments, optimize trade spend, and measure program effectiveness.
- Orchestrate Consumer & Customer Marketing: Lead the briefing process with Marketing and Sales Team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
