Kering is a global luxury group with Houses across couture, ready-to-wear, leather goods, jewelry, eyewear, and beauty.
The Payroll Specialist joins the HR Shared Services team based in Dubai and reports to the Payroll Manager MEA.
Role Overview
The role manages accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery across assigned MEA countries.
Responsibilities cover payroll processing, vendor coordination, controls, reconciliations, employee support, and continuous improvement.
Multi-Country Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll cycles for assigned MEA countries.
- Coordinate hires, exits, salary changes, allowances, deductions, commissions, bonuses, leave calculations, and benefits.
- Review payroll outputs, resolve discrepancies, and support settlements, end-of-service benefits, and statutory payments.
Vendor Management
- Partner with external providers, including ADP and BSH Soft, to support payroll execution and issue resolution.
- Review vendor outputs, challenge discrepancies, track recurring issues, and support corrective actions.
