KERING Payroll Specialist

Payroll Accounting and Reconciliation

• Work with Finance to ensure payroll costs, liabilities, journals, and payments are accurately reflected and reconciled.
• Support month-end, year-end, and statutory payroll activities and resolve variances.

Employee and Stakeholder Support

• Act as a payroll subject matter expert and escalation point for employees, Brand HR, and business stakeholders.
• Respond to payroll queries about payslips, deductions, leave balances, statutory matters, and final settlements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and country stakeholders to deliver consistent payroll services.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and strengthen payroll processes across the region.
• Support payroll transformations, system enhancements, implementations, country transitions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Use payroll data and recurring issue analysis to improve accuracy, efficiency, controls, and employee experience.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a multinational organization or complex shared-services environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end payroll activities.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with external payroll vendors or outsourced payroll providers.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance.

Desirable Qualifications

• Multi-country MEA payroll experience is desirable.
• Experience with ADP or BSH Soft is desirable.
• Regional HR Operations or Shared Services experience is desirable.
• Payroll certification or a professional HR/payroll qualification is desirable.
• Payroll implementation, migration, transformation, accounting, or reconciliation experience is desirable.
